My Career

As a Senior Experience Consultant at Booking.com, I act as a senior UX consultant embedded within the connectivity partner ecosystem, helping partner businesses improve the digital products used by accommodation providers. My role blends strategic advising with hands-on UX practice: I evaluate user journeys, workflows, and technical constraints; run design critiques, UX workshops, design sprints, and usability testing; and lead experience-focused initiatives like the Seamless Experience Accelerator. I run design workshops that bring cross-functional teams together to turn client needs into practical, actionable solutions — collaborating closely with commercial, product, engineering, and technical teams along the way. I also mentor junior consultants and help build scalable consulting frameworks, all with the goal of making partner products more intuitive and effective for accommodation providers — strengthening the experience for both partners and Booking.com.

Worked on the payments track at Booking.com. Before payments, worked on the Emerging Markets track, with most recent project being new product design for the Indonesian market with project "BookingLokal"- a mobile first product. Four years working in new product development on various projects, creating end to end design for all screen sizes. Spent cycles in brainstorming, ideation, and prototyping leading to user testing and rapid iterations of digital products. Also experienced running design sprints and pushing design thinking inside the company.
